Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 August 2026
Acceptance and authorised use
By accessing Maverick Workforce, you agree to these terms and any instructions issued by the organisation that authorised your account. The service is for legitimate workforce and business operations. You must only access information and functions you are authorised to use.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential, providing accurate information and promptly reporting suspected misuse. You must not share accounts, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, introduce malicious material, interfere with the service, scrape it without authority, or use it unlawfully or to harass others.
Workforce and user-submitted data
Organisations and users remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of information they enter or upload, and for having authority to process it. Do not upload unnecessary personal information or material that infringes another person's rights. Authorised records may be visible to relevant managers, administrators or workers according to platform permissions.
Third-party services
Maverick Workforce uses or may connect to third-party services such as Supabase, Fly.io and Meta/WhatsApp. Their availability and independent processing are governed by their own terms. A connected messaging service is a delivery channel and does not replace the workforce records held in Maverick Workforce.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider incidents or security needs may affect availability. Features may change as the service develops, with reasonable care taken to avoid unnecessary disruption.
Intellectual property
Maverick Providence Limited and its licensors retain rights in Maverick Workforce, including its software, design and documentation. These terms grant authorised users a limited right to use the service for its intended business purpose; they do not transfer ownership.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or ended where an account is no longer authorised, these terms are breached, security or legal concerns arise, or the relevant organisation ends its use of the service. Workforce records may remain subject to legitimate retention obligations after access ends.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Maverick Providence Limited is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised use, inaccurate user-supplied data, third-party services outside its reasonable control, or use of the service outside its intended purpose. Any other liability will be assessed under the applicable agreement and law.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. Questions may be sent to maverickprovidence@gmail.com.
